“Leadership”
No good leader ever said, “it’s lonely at the top” because leaders don’t produce followers, they produce more leaders. I remember hiking The Beehive in Acadia National Forest in the state of Maine the summer of 2021 and how challenging it was. After reaching the summit, I checked out the amazing view and thought, “geez, I wish some of my friends could’ve been here to see this”. When a leader gets to the top, looks around and sees that no one is with them, they were only taking a hike. True leadership is serving those around you, finding common ground with them and then together, going to higher ground. Adam will share valuable experiences with you and give you anchor points for reaching the summit of your own personal or organizational “Beehives”.
